The objective of this course is to give delegates an understanding of the 'Managing Successful Programmes' (MSP™) philosophy and how it can be applied to live programmes. This course is delivered using the latest 2007 MSP™ manual and syllabus.
The course is recommended for managers working towards a role with full-time responsibility within a programme environment. Open course places cost from £1490+VAT per delegate. This includes 3 nights dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation (Except London). Extra overnight accommodation can be booked on request at preferential rates.
