The course presents a mixture of theory and practice. It has a highly practical focus and about two-thirds of the course is structured around a practical case study or "simulation" that follows a real-life consulting project from initial client contact through to implementing recommended actions. We will help you:
- Develop practical consulting skills and receive personal feedback in small (up to 8 people per facilitator) skills development sessions.
- Sharpen your client management skills in simulations of real-life consulting situations, and increase your confidence and ability to influence difficult clients and situations.
