By the end of this event participants will be able to:-
Improve effectiveness of key work relationships
Know how to raise credibility with clients
Develop a proactive strategy for managing client service effectiveness
Know how to diagnose clients needs
Understand a framework and process for building rapport and relationships
Demonstrate key communication skills
Using a key relationship they would like to improve, participants will build and work with a case study. ‘Real play’ will enable them to develop options for use in the work place and recorded practise sessions will enable robust feedback. A range of discussions and exercises ensure this event is highly participative and focused on achieving practical results.
