By the end of this event participants will be able to:-
Identify the roles required for a successful project
Develop time plans to ensure schedules are met
Assess and manage risk
Motivate project teams and monitor actions
Evaluate project effectiveness and plan improvements if required
Using their own projects, participants will engage in discussion, syndicate work, lively debate, planning and practical exercises and apply new knowledge and tools to their own work. A final exercise offers computer generated feedback on project management performance.
