Candidates aged 18 years and over, living in Scotland, and earning up to £18,000 per annum can apply for a £200 individual learning account payable towards the cost of learning. Candidates claim through ILS Scotland which is A Scottish Executive scheme administered by Learndirect Scotland and the Student Awards Agency for Scotland.
