Ladies – act NOW to get £650 in training grants

Ladies, if youre considering taking part in one or more of our courses, you may be able to get a little help with funding. Improve (the food & drink sector skills council) and the National Skills Academy are offering training grants of £650 to the fairer sex under their Women and Work programme.

The funding is designed to offer subsidised training to women working in the food and drink industry to give them improved access to positions with higher levels of skill and higher salaries.

The initiative covers a wide range of training courses costing at least £750 (or a combination of courses), including many of those provided by VWA. For more information and to see if youre eligible, please visit contact Claire Lennon on 01756 700802 but HURRY! Funding is allocated on a first come, first served basis. Email claire.lennon@vwa.co.uk.
