Business innovation programme for successful business

A leading London management consultancy is revealing the business secrets of companies like Google and Dyson in a bid to help smaller firms. Cetas Kinetic, a training specialist that has worked with some of the worlds leading organisations, has taken the unusual step of opening their doors to smaller companies this summer.

The move comes after corporate training director, Ashish Rishi, noticed that many SMEs were being forced to slash marketing and research budgets at the very time they were most needed. His solution has been to design and launch a business innovation programme that will allow smaller firms to benefit from the sort of high-end consultancy used by the likes of Google and Apple.

The success of large businesses comes from innovative thinking, and the ability to adapt to market changes, commented Mr Rishi. Companies like Google thrive because they have the management tools to cut through layers of disorganisation and focus on whats important. We want to give that insight to smaller firms.

Cetas Kinetic has been determined to make the business innovation programme simple and accessible. The firm has consulted with their training directors throughout all areas of the company to ensure the programme covers a wide range of essential expertise.

The course is delivered through a programme of blended learning, combining online interactive lectures with live tutors and rapid learning modules each week over a three month period. Each learning programme is designed to fit around business commitments and is specifically created to focus on the nitty gritty of implementing change.

Change is about being able to adapt quickly, added Mr Rishi. Its not about management buzz words or specialist terminology. If something cant be explained using simple English, then the chances are it is hot air dressed up with fancy words.

The courses are designed for every area of business management, and include things such as building customer relationships, marketing on a shoestring and insights driven digital marketing strategy.
